| I have lived in the states my whole life and love it here. I would not trade it for any country in the world. It's nice and clean, for the most part anyway! |

Does peacefully rising China need to be checked and ballanced in East Asia Community?

Backgrounds of this question:
China has been developing rapidly for several years, while it makes great contributions to the world. China has been helping lots of Affrican countries to develop their economy and improve their people's lives. China is a steadfast force for safeguarding world peace. China is not a danger to the world, like the United States of America! I donot know why Lee Kuan Yew spoke out those words.
Thus, here I pose this question:
Does peacefully rising China need to be checked and ballanced in East Asia Community?
